Verify Username Fail – TacikoFukumoto (RESOLVED)

So I am trying to join the server for the first time, but each time I try to open the server it says the I have failed to verify my username? I am not quite sure exactly what that means as I have an account on here, and have verified my email. I assumed that was all I needed to do. What can I do to fix this?

You don’t have to sign up on our website to play our server. Do you have a premium Minecraft account?

As far as I know, I just have the standard account everyone gets when they first get Minecraft. Nothing special.
